“Charo” is a popular French slang word that describes a man who constantly and aggressively tries to flirt with every woman he meets.

How it works: a man is listed once 2 different girls have signaled him. He stays listed one year for each girl who signaled him, counted from the last signal (4 girls: 4 years), then disappears.
